The Pit is hand dyed in a twist pattern, which is a resist dye technique. Part of the skein is a bright mix of yellow, orange, red, and oxblood featuring a black twist. The Marled base makes this colorway all the more unique with a black strand running through the entire skein.

One skein of The Pit would make a lovely version of our free Carrie, Michelle, Dana, or Linda shawl patterns!

Each skein is hand dyed with professional grade acid dyes. If using more than one skein in a project, I recommend alternating skeins every few rows.

Care: Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.
